Created recently by Louis Weisheimer, our group of companies' mission is to help landlords save time and turn their investments into a profitable source of income by using technology to bring the tradition of hospitality to the short and medium let market for corporate and family guests.

• Since inception back in 2022, Weissangels was operating as a side business under the company WeissAngels Limited.

• Given the growth of this activity, WeissAngels business is gonna be merged into Weissknight UK limited, which will fully take effect early January 2026.

• During the last quarter of 2025, a transition period will start and we will contact all our customers to inform them about this business transformation and update all commercial agreements - this step will solely be done by the CEO and owner Louis Weisheimer (no intermediary involved).

• From 01 January 2026, the brand WeissAngels well known now in Dorset will remain in place, but the commercial activity will be carried out by the entity Weissknight UK Limited (we are closing WeissAngels limited). This will allow to grow the activity even faster thanks to the resources of the Weissknight Group, its sponsoring activities and network.
